Acceptable stay with some downsides
convenient access public transportation nearby shopping dining room control ipad subpar gym equipment overrated technology inoperable iron board
The location IS great for accessing public transportation. Shopping and dining options are also very close. I really liked controlling the room with the iPad. It was so cool to open and close the curtain, turn on and off the light and even adjust the brightness and colours..
The gym ISN'T great. I found the technology to be a bit overrated. An iron board was not in the room and the one on my floor did not even work.

Adequate stay experience
convenient location fast elevators quiet hallways confusing process small room inadequate shower
The location was convenient. It was easy to access nearby restaurants. Fast elevators served the floors. The hotel also remained generally quiet, without excessive noise in the hallways.
I found requesting housekeeping a little confusing. The whole process of controlling everything in the room through the ipad was not intuitive. The room was also quite small. The shower's temperature was only mostly hot enough.

i stayed for a few nights and found some aspects stood out. the ipad control system for lights and blinds was quite excellent. the location was perfect, very close to the station and shopping areas. the bed was especially comfortable, i slept very well each night.
The room size was a bit small. It was manageable, but more space would certainly enhance the stay.
